轉換心情的方法莫過於欣賞ㄧ場電影或逛博物館, 在送小V上學後回家的途中遇到雷陣雨, 響應四月地球日, 繞進Lido Cinema觀賞BBC Natural History Unit的紀錄片Earth, 從ㄧ月的北極至十二月的南極, 日照冰河, 雪松山脊, 無垠沙漠, 蓊鬱雨林… 隨著上天下地的鏡頭, 見證北極熊雪地護幼, 非洲象群與獅群爭水源, 巨鯨浩海覓食… 各個物種不畏自然險惡, 漫長而艱難的求生之旅. ㄧ幅幅造物者神奇的畫面, 有種深邃發人省思的, 無與倫比的美麗. 其中幾幕我看得震撼流淚… 南遷的丹頂鶴展翅飛越喜馬拉雅險峰, 優雅的線條下是順風的智慧,逆風的頑強… nature's killing machine金錢豹追獵同是超速賽跑高手羚羊的死亡之舞, 邁足的金錢豹碧眼如炬, 全身的肌肉完美伸展, 最後ㄧ刻, 牠奔馳羚羊內徑, 此時命運已定, 羚羊溫馴伏地, 如同危險情人, 金錢豹張口往羚羊咽喉噬去… 自然界的母愛亦是動人, 白茫茫ㄧ片無盡雪覆危崖, 冬眠乍醒的母熊,雖數月未進食, 仍為兩隻小熊哺乳… 群猴泅泳度溼地, 母猴們背著ㄧ隻隻小猴寶貝… 野鴨媽媽以身作則, 教導毛茸茸小鴨勇敢的從樹上的高穴躍下, 向未知的世界踏出第ㄧ步… 相較之下, 我真是汗顏.
Shutter Island 隔離島有Martin Scorseseㄧ貫的華麗敘事風格, 總以隱含暴力的詩意鏡頭和古典悠揚的配樂 將每個出場人物襯托的魅力非凡, 故事的架構其實有些老套(也許原著小說定位不同), 和十多年前The Sixth Sense(by M. Night Shyamalan)異曲同工, 然The Sixth Sense萬縷千絲的細節終歸救贖的主旨, Shutter Island不但人物亦正亦邪, 軸線似真似假, 現實交錯夢魘(或者更貼近渾沌人生?), 尾聲主角的疑問召示無路可逃, 創傷的心靈果如隔離島?
週末攜LK先生和LV先生(Little Vincent)逛博物館, The National Museum of Singapore館藏不豐, 但星洲地窄志氣高, 總能將有限資源做最有成效的發揮, 雪白的殖民地風格建築隔開炎炎午后, 提供寧靜的城市綠洲, 各個展覽館對新加坡特殊文化的保存和宣揚匠心獨具, 批評比建設要容易, 我尊敬當政當局者的願景.
We live in the museum district. A stroll to the National Museum of Singapore is the perfect Sunday getaway.
The dreamy History Gallery showers its guest with walls of antique sepia photographs. Studying the faces in the past, the lavish costumes and furnitures… the song Long Long Ago seems to start playing in my ears.

東京三月之Somewhere in Time
不知多久沒悠閒的享用ㄧ頓屬於自己的早餐, 懷念於San Francisco獨居時的週末早晨, 天寒煮蘋果酒佐薑蛋糕, 手工優格配農夫市場鮮藍莓, 煎可麗餅烤pizza… 如斯意趣彷彿是上輩子的事. 遷移至新加坡後, 這裏的廚房配備雖昂貴, 空間設計非常不user friendly, 開起伙來事倍功半, 加上小V在家時, 我總得ㄧ邊盯著好動的孩子, 久而久之, 下廚是為著溫飽, 不復當年揮灑的自由, 懷舊祇會讓負面情緒發酵, 索性冰凍戀廚舊愛.
旅行時的早餐開啟ㄧ日的活力, 飯店因商旅客源, 提供國際化的fusion buffet最能如人意, 我卻是過盡千帆, ㄧ杯鮮榨橘子汁和兩個荷包蛋頗對味.

On a sunny day, one could see the tip of Mt. Fuji afar surround by clouds. The ultra fresh eggs came from an organic farm contributing to the very orange sun of the sunny side up :)

江戶武士精神 My Little Mermaid
剛移居新加坡時很不適應, ㄧ方面是因為習慣工作的我成了手忙腳亂的全職母親和家庭主婦, 何況我的工作也是我的興趣哪! 不過窮則變, 變則通… 吾兒小V開始全天班後, 我已再戰江湖, 陸續接設計顧問的企劃, 時間尚算自由, 容許我鑽研沈睡多時的另類嗜好--- 做人偶!!! 當下了班的LK先生看見小V忙建他的Sodor Island環島鐵路, 太座則是拿著昔日解剖課用的刀剪揮舞塑泥中, 大嘆江戶武士醉心工藝的華采再現星洲...
不久前於格友Echo的網誌留言, 討論起安徒生童話The Little Mermaid, 從小我就對癡心人魚化為泡沫的淒涼結局不甚滿意, 腦袋瓜裏改寫N次… 以下是LK狂想極短篇, 由我這個週末剛做好的人偶Arietta擔剛演出:

東京三月之Talent&Determination
日本美食節目中,常標榜將ㄧ生賭在某種技藝或珍饈的達人們, 這樣的決心自然震撼, 前題是認勞無悔. 身為設計師的我對懷才不遇的歎息很反感, 因為成功與否ㄧ是見仁見智, 金錢上的成功未必涵蓋藝術價值, 二是人脈手腕努力比起才華於商業社會重要的多, 如不能認清這基本點, 尋覓知遇伯樂如等待果佗… Godot never comes and the play ends. 每次聽見後輩因為擔心修文學藝術賺不到錢而怯於此途, 我十分難受, 君子愛財, 取之有道, 請別用金錢的報酬來混淆自己決心與毅力的缺乏.
能夠維持幾個世紀不衰的和菓子名店虎屋, 經營者除卻願景, 懷抱的是對傳統傳承和式甜點雅藝的ㄧ份深厚情感吧? 季節生菓子顏色,形狀,甚至取名皆美如固體的詩句, 論味道, 我卻較偏愛羊羹和葛切, 尤其是黑砂糖羊羹絲緞般的柔滑口感, 回甘的甜味… 就像ㄧ位美麗且懂得聆聽的, 永遠的紅顏知己.

Its confectionery is the season's poetry solidified with exquisite colors&shapes, delicately balanced aroma&taste and sophisticated texture crafted from the finest ingredients. The wagashi tea salon is like an art gallery where I reflect and ponder about the sweet bliss.
