Somewhere in Time

Breakfast at the Mandarin Oriental Nihonbashi Tokyo
On a sunny day, one could see the tip of Mt. Fuji afar surround by clouds. The ultra fresh eggs came from an organic farm contributing to the very orange sun of the sunny side up :)

A break at the Bvlgari Cafe on Omotesando
Omotesando is the mecca of fashionistas; it is a place to see and to be seen. Less interested in the secular fashion world, I pointed my lens upward and framed the gray lonesome sky towering over me…

R Style.
Tasting Japanese dessert is like caressing gems in a jewel box!

Kanda, one of the eight Michelin 3 star restaurants in Tokyo.
Lovely presentation of Chef Kanda's creation on his collection of ceramic ware and porcelain pieces delights the mind as well as the taste bud. The feast started with delicate dishes like the ankimo terrine, the cod fish roe chawamushi… with climax on the sizzling matsu-ba crab from Hokkaido and wagyu shabu shabu, then ended in the sweet medley of almond tofu and the homemade ice cream of strawberries in season. I asked Chef Kanda the source of inspiration for his masterful cuisine. "It's all from life!", the man gave me a big smile.

You poor girl......
When I was in Denmark, I had my own design studio, making handbags and the businese was not bad, then husband has to work at Singapore, I have to close down the studio and follow him. sometime I think I build my life around him, but its different life.......

Monica

P.S.:you need a full time maid!!

Thanks, Monica!

Echo,
